Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we are happy to exchange them or give you a full refund within 14 working days for the UK and 21 days for outside the UK by the method of payment you have used. (See our Returns Policy for full details).

Payment Terms

Please note that your card will be charged for the full value of your order on authorisation.

Your goods will then be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery as soon as possible subject to availability.

If the items you have requested are not available when you make your purchase, we will send the goods out to you as soon as they are in stock.

All goods are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.


UK Postal charges

We post our goods out by special delivery, please note following charges:

  • 1 Item - £5.00
  • 2-5 Items - £5.90
  • 6-7 Items - £6.90


International Postal Charges

Outside Europe postage cost may vary depending on a weight of items.

We will inform you of the cost of postage via e mail.



Returns & Exchange Policy

AKA of London guarantee authenticity and the best quality of all our products.

If you are dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we are happy to exchange them or give you a full refund within 14 working days for the UK and 21 days for outside the UK by the method of payment you have used.

Please ensure that your return the items in their original condition and packaging.

Returning items either for refunds or exchange will be at your own cost, except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty.

Please make sure to obtain a receipt from your post office as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit.

Please note that socks cannot be returned if they have been worn.
